A brace from Ronaldo secured all three points for Utd. The first from Ronnie came from a Giggs corner with the Portugeezer hanging in the air to direct the ball back across from the goal with the despairing Bentley unable to prevent the ball crossing the line. His second - barely a minute later - came from a Utd breakaway with (the otherwise lacklustre) Saha providing a neat outside-of the-foot pass to the lively Tevez who found Ronnie motoring into the box to finish off the legs of Friedel.
